I wanted a new 2017 Kia Sorento SX Remington Red with a grey interior. There wasn't one available in our area in northern Ohio. My salesperson Matt Peticca asked Zack if he could find one. He located one in Erie Pennsylvania. Zack asked me if I was ready to commit to buy it. I said that I didn't have my checkbook. He said he didn't need my checkbook and we shook hands and an hour later he said he got the car for me. 2 days later he had the car ready for delivery. This is my 3rd Kia Sorento from Kia Of Bedford. I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in for service. I was browsing through the 2017 Kia Sorento brochure. This nice young man was walking buy me in the customer waiting room and asked me if I had any questions or needed help. He is Matthew Peticca. I said that I was just looking through the brochure and was tossing the idea around of getting a new Remington Red Sorento SX. The night before I checked the computer and saw there wasn't one in northern Ohio. He said let me see what I can do. He talked to Zack Kraiszner and he found one. Zack asked me if I was ready to buy it and I said yes. He shook my hand and said he would try to get it for me. An hour later Matt called me to congratulate me that they got the car. He kept me informed the whole time. When I came to get the car he was well prepared to make the transaction and had all the papers ready. He explained all the features of this beautiful car to me and showed me how everything works. He said if I had any questions to let him know. You know that day I not only got a new car but made a new friend. Matt was so easy to talk to and makes you feel at home. He is young and has a great attitude and makes you feel like you've known him for years and is very honest and makes you feel like family.
