I wanted a new 2017 Kia Sorento SX Remington Red with a grey interior. There wasn't one available in our area in northern Ohio. My salesperson Matt Peticca asked Zack if he could find one. I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in for service. I was browsing through the 2017 Kia Sorento brochure. This nice young man was walking buy me in the customer waiting room and asked me if I had any questions or needed help. He is Matthew Peticca. I said that I was just looking through the brochure and was tossing the idea around of getting a new Remington Red Sorento SX. The night before I checked the computer and saw there wasn't one in northern Ohio. He said let me see what I can do. He talked to Zack Kraiszner and he found one.
