1. SPONSOR
KOB Community Cash ("Promotion") is sponsored by Kia of Bedford, located in Bedford, Ohio ("Sponsor").
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotion begins on October 1, 2026, and ends at 12:00 pm Eastern Time on October 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Ohio at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing an official KOB Community Cash entry form at Kia of Bedford (paper version or QR Code).
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or other transaction with Sponsor will not improve an entrant's odds of winning.
Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automated, or submitted through fraudulent means may be disqualified.
5. DRAWINGS AND PRIZES
One winner will be randomly selected each Saturday in October 2026:
October 3, 2026 - $1,000
October 10, 2026 - $1,000
October 17, 2026 - $1,000
October 24, 2026 - $1,000
October 31, 2026 - $1,000
Five winners will receive $1,000 each, for a total of $5,000 in prizes.
Each drawing will be conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received as of the applicable drawing deadline. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within [48 hours], fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Each potential winner may be required to provide identification and complete an affidavit of eligibility and, where applicable, a release and tax documentation before receiving the prize.
7. PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or otherwise invalid entries.
8. CHARITABLE DONATION
Kia of Bedford will donate a total of $5,000 to the Breast Cancer Fund of Ohio in connection with the Promotion.
The charitable donation is separate from the $5,000 in prizes awarded to Promotion winners. The Breast Cancer Fund of Ohio is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission includes providing emergency financial assistance to breast cancer patients.
9. PHOTO, VIDEO AND SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE
By participating in the Promotion, and by accepting a prize, each entrant and winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising agencies, representatives, and designees permission to photograph, film, record and/or otherwise capture the entrant's or winner's name, likeness, image, voice, statements and appearance in connection with the Promotion.
Entrants and winners authorize Sponsor to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute and share such photographs, video, audio, recordings, statements and other content in any media or format, including but not limited to television, websites, digital advertising, social media, print, email, and other promotional materials, for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional purposes, without additional compensation or prior approval.
Entrants and winners understand that such content may be posted publicly on Sponsor's social media accounts and websites and may be shared, reposted, commented on or otherwise distributed by third parties.
By participating, each entrant releases Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, employees, representatives and designees from claims arising from the authorized use of such content, including claims relating to rights of publicity, privacy or likeness, to the extent permitted by law.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding with respect to matters relating to the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

13. OFFICIAL RULES
These Official Rules govern the KOB Community Cash Promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
